Young Ladies At All Times (YLAAT) is a non-profit organization that started in 2017 as a way to show troubled young girls better ways to navigate their emotions and offering different tactics in handling life's more challenging situations. We are currently based out of the Chicagoland area with having already reached as many as over 180 young girls. We saw a need to help young girls who found themselves facing consequences in school because of their behavior. We found that these young girls were underrepresented and negatively mislabeled and we couldn't allow that to continue. It became our duty to create engaging and involving programs that would encourage these young women that they weren't the negative labels placed upon them but were indeed young ladies and will remain as so.
